Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva: I vow not to attain Buddhahood until hell is empty. In the six realms of reincarnation in the Saha world, save the suffering beings in Jambuvipa.

Penang has a special geographical location. It is an island off the coast of Malaysia. Buddhism and Taoism are most prosperous here, and it is also the place with the largest Chinese population in Malaysia. The Ksitigarbha Treasure Hall at Mount Kongwu is located at the foot of Penang Hill. The roadside leading up to Xiangyun Cave is lined with lush trees, and Malaysian fruits and vegetables such as durian, mangosteen, and stink beans are planted along the way, with abundant natural products. The main hall houses an 18-foot-tall Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, the first large-scale Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva statue in the area. It is majestic and imposing. On both sides of the Bodhisattva are 5,000 glazed Buddha lamps for believers to offer sincere sacrifices, pray for blessings, eliminate disasters, and make extensive offerings. The Ksitigarbha Dharma Assembly is held in the Ksitigarbha Hall every year in the seventh month of the lunar calendar to confess karma, eliminate disasters and relieve misfortunes. Believers from all directions are welcome to participate in the event.

The head monk is Master Kaixing, who has made a great vow to promote the Dharma of Ksitigarbha and truly practiced it. He has decided to lead the four groups of disciples to make a monthly pilgrimage, from the Ksitigarbha Hall to the Xiangyun Cave on the Shengqi Mountain. In addition to experiencing the health training of the body and mind, they can also circle the relic pagoda along the way, plant blessings and wisdom, and cultivate the roots of Buddhist goodness for life after life.

Xiangyun Cave is a natural cave. In one of the caves, a golden statue of Ksitigarbha is enshrined. People worship and make dedications in front of the statue. They also hold activities such as releasing birds, snakes and other animals to purify their body and mind, save suffering sentient beings and truly practice the Bodhisattva Path.

If anyone is destined to fall into the Avici Hell, he should either worship this pagoda once or circumambulate it clockwise to block the gates of hell and open the Bodhi path.
The main pagoda is the Baoxiangyin Pagoda. After careful planning by the master, the head monk led the believers to personally make more than 100 stupas of different sizes. In accordance with the original topography, they are placed on large rocks of various shapes, allowing believers to walk around the stones, worship and circumambulate the pagoda, accumulate blessings, eliminate sins and escape from the sea of suffering.
